We repair all damaged and worn surfaces, reinstating with all appropriate materials.
Damaged render and blown pebbledash is removed and all cracks are hacked out.
Polymer modified cements are used for repairing to ensure a perfect bond.
Bare brickwork is rendered with PVA mortar mix to fill all the small air holes.
Great care is taken to achieve a sound and uniform surface area. |

All doors, windows and surfaces not to be coated are carefully covered with tape and heavy duty paper to prevent overspray.
Where required we use polythene and dust sheets and great care is taken to protect plants, bushes and lawns. |

Once the surface has been cleaned and all damaged areas have been repaired, we apply our Unibond bag coat evenly over the pebbledash to bind the surface together. |

The high penetration stabiliser Andura® primer is then applied, providing an armour-like protective surface to your property’s exterior.
It penetrates into the exterior wall surface and provides excellent adhesion and weather-proofing. |

Andura® Textured Coating is then applied to chemically bond the primer for a second line of defence against the elements.
It also adds colour and helps to reflect the suns heat and harmful UV radiation.

| 7. The Finishing Touches... |
All masking is then removed and the area is cleaned of any debris.
Terry and his team will then do a final inspection with you in order to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the work carried out on your property.
